The College Terrace Apartments was one of the first to offer Luxury Student Apartments and the University of Nevada Reno. Our location and quality makes College Terrace the first choice for students. You always hear that location matters and it does. College Terrace is located directly across the street from Argenta and Canada Halls. We are located across Sierra Street on the quiet safer west side of campus. We are minutes from the Jot Travis Student Union, the Getchell Library, and the Main Quad.

The College Terrace Apartments offers one of largest fully furnished four bedroom/two bath apartments. Each bedroom, one of the largest available, offers a large mirrored closet with drawer stack and vanity. Each bedroom has a custom designed bed with storage drawers. Also, each bedroom has a custom designed desk and chair. Cable and telephone service is available in every bedroom. New to College Terrace is our free wireless system throughout the building.

The living room has a futon couch, coffee table, end tables and a TV stand. We spent a lot of time custom designing our kitchens to meet the needs of active students. There are all the amenities available, including lockable storage, gas range, disposal, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, pantry, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave oven. Each apartment provides a kitchen table and chairs and a bar stools that serve as a second eating area.
